Vera Pedersen will be speaker at Women's Aglow April meeting

Vera Pedersen, staff teacher and director of Women's Ministry with CDM Teaching and Training Center in Tyrone, will be the featured speaker at this month's meeting of Women's Aglow Fellowship International, Monday, April 15, at 7 p.m.

Snacks and fellowship will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7.

Pedersen has done missions work in China, the Philippines and in South Africa, and has taught at Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta.

"Vera is a gifted teacher to the Body of Christ, and brings a trumpet call to women of God everywhere to rise up and take their place in His great army," a spokesperson said. "Her ministry at CDM is devoted to teaching, training and releasing leaders into the Body of Christ. Bring your friends to enjoy fellowship, worship the Lord, share the Word, and be empowered by the Holy Spirit. We welcome all women, both believers and those exploring the claims of Christ."

The meeting will be at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 202 Robinson Rd., Peachtree City, next to Mowell Funeral Home. A nursery is provided.
