Small Business Showcase is Tuesday

Over 50 local small businesses have signed up to participate in the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce sixth annual Small Business Showcase.

The Showcase is in the Magnolia Gardens at the Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville, next Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

All of the displays, food and entertainment will be provided by chamber member businesses. Piano Crafters Music Company will entertain in the Gazebo. A wide variety of vendors will be showcased.

Companies as diverse as Gold's Gym, Sandy's Treasures, The Great Frame Up, Hilltop Pools & Spas, Inc., AIS Computers & Services, E-Z Storage, Williams Inc. Photography, Joy Boutique & Gifts, The Memory Cottage, Offshoot Productions, Classic World Travel, and Minuteman Press.

Those stopping by will be treated to a sampling of food and beverage from Valentino's, Cakes by Debbie, Arnie's Fine Wine, Liquor & Beer, Martinis, Right on Thyme Caterers, Cohutta Mountain Spring Water, Chick-fil-A, Larry's Subs, On the Border, Chili's Bar & Grill and other well-known local restaurants.

Many companies will donate prizes to be given away at intervals during the two hour showcase.

The Honey Baked Ham Company & Cafe, Braelinn Travel, Johnny's Pizza, Longhorn Steakhouse, Rona's Flowers and Gifts, Outback Steakhouse, Partners II Pizza, Clay VanMeter State Farm Insurance is just a few who have signed up to give-away gifts.

Some of the local medical, health related and non-profit industries plan to give demonstrations and answer questions include; Golden Age Home Healthcare, Inc., Fayette F.A.C.T.O.R, Portsbridge Hospice, Durden Chiropractic Clinic and KidsPeace.

Other chamber member businesses that have signed up to share information regarding their products or as sponsors include: ExecuServe, Inc., D.B.M.C.
