Should be way to deduct for continuing cable TV outages

Excerpt from letter sent to Peachtree City authorities:

It's Friday night, I am in the middle of watching a movie and blam the cable TV service drops off again. This is probably the third time this month the service is on the blink.

Left a message with AT&T on their repair telephone number, but of course it is after midnight and the office is closed.

The cable service in PTC is terrible. There should be a way of deducting the days out-of-service from the monthly bill. As one customer quite succinctly pointed out in a letter to The Citizen: "The only thing reliable about AT&T Broadband is their billing system; the bill arrives on time every month, without failure."

I spoke with AT&T today about switching my local telephone service to AT&T as they were cheaper than BellSouth, but once I found out that their telephone service was supplied over cable, I trashed that idea.

AT&T Broadband is really doing a lot to sell people on switching to satellite TV.
