Metro Brokers wins national awards

Peachtree City's Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate took home a slew of national awards - 19 in all - at the GMAC Real Estate National Convention last week in Orlando, Fla.

The Metro Brokers web site won the best of show award in the national competition. The web site was selected for its content, design, layout, and ease of use.

The firm also received honorable mentions for entries in customer relations and new construction marketing. The company's new sales presentation folder with four-color graphics and customizable agent pages won the customer relations award.

The advertising campaign, Take Time to Smell the Roses, for the community of Melrose in Henry County won the new construction marketingaward.

Individual awards, 16 in all, were presented to sales associates for their achievements. The following list of awards went to Metro Brokers' associates in Fayette County:

·Top 100: Individual Producers (Units): Wendy Greene of the Peachtree City office

·Top 100: Individual Producer (Commission Income): Wendy Greene

In addition, Metro Brokers was ranked the fourth largest frachisee in the country in terms of gross commission income and company growth out of 900 franchises nation-wide.

Metro Brokers is a full-service real estate company with 19 offices in the metropolitan Atlanta area. The company also provides financial, insurance, and corporate relocation services, as well as commercial real estate brokerage and corporate new homes marketing. The company sold more than $1.85 billion in real estate in 2001.
