The company will be building turn-of-the-century style homes in the SummerGrove neighborhood of Oak Park. Homes are expected to be priced from the $180s to the $200s. Dan Camp, vice president and general manager at Pathway Communities says Jerry Ballard Homes will be a great addition to the SummerGrove builder team. "Jerry Ballard Homes has won numerous home building awards and is widely known for its unique product and customer service initiatives," says Camp. Eddie Lusher, executive vice president at Jerry Ballard Homes says the companies decision to join the SummerGrove builder team came without hesitation.
