Wednesday, March 13, 2002 Tour of Homes set for next week Oxford Homes Inc. and Custom Community Marketing are combining efforts to present a Tour of Homes from Wednesday, March 20, through Sunday, March 24. Tour activities will be held from 1 until 6 p.m. each day, and refreshments will be served. The homes, built by Oxford Homes and marketed by Custom Community Marketing, and in three featured communities, including The Summit at Eagle's Landing, which has homes priced from the $120,000s through the $170,000s; Lakeside at Eagle's Landing, with prices from the $160,000s through the $230,000s; and Brentwood in Simpson's Mill Plantation, which is priced from the $180,000s through the $220,000s. Each community has a decorated and furnished model home. There will be special discounts on all standing inventory throughout the month of March. The Summit at Eagle's Landing is located off Hwy. 42, Lakeside at Eagle's Landing is on Eagle's Landing Parkway, and Brentwood in Simpson's Mill Plantation is on Hwy. 20. The home builder, Gary Anderson of Oxford Homes, is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in industrial management.
