Wednesday, March 13, 2002 Wieland Financial Services marks 20th anniversary Wieland Financial Services, a John Wieland company, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the Atlanta area. On the heels of the company' recent milestone, Wieland Financial Services ended the 2001 calendar year with record-breaking numbers including closing 1,268 loans totalling $243.1 million. Since its debut in 1982, Wieland Financial Services has become a full-service mortgage lender including conventional as well as nonconforming loans, VA, FHA, slow credit, refinancing, second mortgages and debt consolidation. WFS has consistently been one of Atlanta's top 25 lenders with more than half of its loans being generated from consumers outside of John Wieland Homes.
