Local company recognized for customer service

Local real estate company ERA Jo-Par Realty in Fayetteville has been named "Top Customer Satisfaction" by ERA Real Estate, earning the organization's prestigious Jim Jackson Memorial Award.

The award, which is named after ERA Real Estate co-founder and former president Jim Jackson, honors the company that best demonstrates the customer service qualities most respected throughout the global ERA(system. Award winners must have an average 30 percent or better survey return and higher than 95 percent overall customer satisfaction.
