CRS Pathways 2002 officers sworn in

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a designation recognized as the "Ph.D." of residential real estate. CRS agents are members of the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors that provides advanced real estate-related education to its members. Only about 5 percent of NAR members are Certified Residential Specialists, but nationwide they are involved in about 25 percent of residential real estate transactions.

At the annual meeting held Jan. 22 at the Fayette County Board of Realtors office, sworn in by Pat Hackney, past President of the Georgia State Chapter, were: President Sue Brockman of Realty South, Inc.; Vice President Sharon Christiansen of Century 21 Hand Real Estate; Secretary Nancy Currie of Metro Brokers GMAC; and Treasurer Fergie Crill of Remax Results.

CRS Pathways is a Georgia Certified Residential Specialist Subchapter serving Carroll, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Henry, Meriwether, Pike, and Spalding counties.
