Local roller hockey team at top of standings

If you are a fan of roller hockey, you may want to go to The Cooler in Alpharetta one Saturday night.

McIntosh High School has a roller hockey team that is sitting atop the standings.

The team is 4-0 and has outscored its opponents 33-10. It will face Pope (1-4) tomorrow at 7 p.m. but have a big game against the Brookwood JV team, which is currently in second place, next Saturday at 7 p.m.

To get to The Cooler, travel north on Ga. Highway 400 to exit eight, Mansell Road. Turn left onto Mansell at the end of the exit ramp and go to the second traffic light, Davis Drive. Turn right on Davis Drive. The entrance to The Cooler parking lot is up 100 yards on the left.
