Chef wins top award at Wyndham By CAROLYN

The executive chef at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center was chosen as its Manager of the Year. Steve Zombik has been with the company for over six years. He was selected based on his drive for customer service and the many times he has worked a double shift. He wrote menus and trained new staff for the Wyndham's new Peachtree Seafood restaurant, which opened in December 2001. Said director of human resources, Mary Martorell, "He has truly raised the bar on all of our food operations." |
