Soccer Centre hosts tournament on MLK day

The Chick-Fil-A 4 A Side Soccer tournament on Martin Luther King Day, Jan. 21, at The Soccer Centre is rapidly filling up.

With age groups from Under 8 through Under 19, and both Recreation and Open divisions, there will be competition for all teams. The main arena is divided into 3 smaller fields and with the small arena allows 4 simultaneous games to be played. Registration closes soon.

The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville will host a skills camp for boys and girls from 4 through 14 years old on Feb. 15, 2001.

Coaches will be Kevin Dumas, Director of the Soccer Centre who holds a USSF "C" license, and Mike Burrell, head Coach at Griffin High School. There will be a separate camp for Muppets, players aged 4, 5 and 6. Muppet camp runs from 9-11:30 a.m. There will be half and full day sessions of the skills camp.
