What a sad day for Fayetteville

I have recently completed a three-year tour in Saudi Arabia, where I worked daily with the Saudi military and had a close relationship with the Saudi community.

I was out of town, Fayetteville, and was heading to church this past Sunday, when I drove past the old teen center and observed women with their heads covered, heading into the building.

My first thought was, Oh NO! This can't be a mosque in our city! Well, I just read your article and I am appalled! I don't care for all the liberal talk of equal religions, etc.

When the founders of our country established our nation, I am positive that they never intended for equal protection to be provided to a religion that disavows Jesus Christ and teaches that all the world is to be converted to Islam and if people will not accept conversion, then they must be killed. It is also a proven fact that terrorists are using mosques as a place to meet and develop their plans of destruction and spread their message of hate, the destruction of the state of Israel and the United States.

My pastor gave a message last Sunday dealing with the question of whether Jesus is the One or not. The answer is a resounding YES! Jesus is the Savior of the world. Only through Jesus Christ can we be forgiven of our sins and be granted entrance into heaven.

Our nation is under attack, and with every new mosque established, a new center to work on this attack is underway. Maybe the citizens of Fayette County will recognize what is going on, and we won't have another "Johnny Walker" coming from Fayette County.

Respectfully,

Chuck E. Bryant
