'Small Frie' to emcee Unity Mission's Community Fellowship Celebration Unity Mission Church, Church of God in Christ, will host the ministry's first Community Fellowship Celebration Sunday, Dec. 2, at 2 p.m., at Abundant Life Worship Center in Tyrone. Mistress of ceremonies will be Christian comedian, Small Frie. "She is hilariously funny with her unique style of imitating preachers and churchgoers from past and present generations," a spokesperson said. "She has appeared on a multitude of television shows such as The Wayans Brothers, Teen Summit, BET Comic View, and the movie, 'First Kid,' with Sinbad. She recently performed at the 'Sisters in Spirit' tour with MaryMary, Yolanda Adams and Shirley Caesar at the Atlanta Civic Center." Others appearing will be gospel recording artist Deborah Champagne, rapvangelist tooBiz, Chapter 5, Anointed Poets, and Tayo Reed's International Dance Academy. Raynard Gibson, former member of the gospel duo, "Direct," will lead praise and worship. Senior Pastor of Unity Mission Church is Smith Atwater.
