First Presbyterian to host Handel's 'Messiah' Sing-Along The First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City will lead the community into the Advent season this Sunday, Dec. 2, with the third annual "Messiah Sing-Along" scheduled for 5 p.m. The classic holiday piece will be performed by a chorus composed of members of the community, along with soloists Casey Huggins, soprano; Amy Chaffin, alto; David Stivers, tenor; and Bill Killmeier, bass. A string orchestra and brass instruments will provide accompaniment. David Shannon will direct the group. The concert is free and open to the community. Those attending who are familiar with the music may join the choir or just listen to the music.
