North Fayette churches plan joint service Several churches in the north Fayette area will have a joint Thanksgiving service Sunday, Nov. 18, at The Rock Baptist Church on Ga. Hwy. 74 and Sandy Creek Rd. Special music will be featured. Worship will be at 6 p.m., followed by supper at 7 p.m. Guest minister will be the Rev. Philip Johnson of Sandy Creek Baptist Church. Also participating in the service will be The Rev. Lewis Adkinson, pastor at Fellowship Baptist Church, the Rev. Lendell Ainsworth, pastor at The Rock Baptist Church, and the Rev. Mark Outlaw, pastor at Bethany United Methodist Church. |
