Thanks for P.O. stories On Monday morning, Oct. 15, while I waited in the car, my daughter went into the Peachtree City Post Office. Fifteen minutes later the post office was temporarily closed because of the discovery of unidentified dust. Four days later I contacted the post office that offered no information, and a local physician who knew nothing about the white powder, who suggested I phone the CDC if I were anxious about the lab results. I was becoming nervous because I felt I had a right to know the lab results. Friday afternoon The Citizen arrived. Your first article calmed me, which indicated lab results were not yet available. I felt someone was interested and would keep the public informed. Your second article reported that the white powder had been laundry detergent. I sincerely thank your fine reporters and for being such a good service to the community. Marie Barr Peachtree City
