Business tips for airport contracts is today The city of Atlanta and Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport will host "The Sky is the Limit V,"today from 4:00 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel - Downtown Atlanta. This event is a networking forum for companies interested in doing business with Hartsfield. "The Sky is the Limit" forums are part of an ongoing, nationwide effort put forth to educate companies about upcoming Airport contracting and sub-contracting opportunities in related construction fields. Participants will also learn about the qualification requirements needed to do work for the city of Atlanta. "The Sky is the Limit V" will focus on key aspects of the $5.4 billion Hartsfield Development Program, including the construction of a fifth runway, expansion of the international terminal and construction of a consolidated car-rental facility. Company principals are strongly recommended to attend along with their key representatives. Attendees are advised to bring multiple copies of their business' statistical information including capacity, experience and expertise, track record and any other materials that will educate others about their services. Small, minority and female-owned business are encouraged to attend. Registration is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
