F'ville's Community Christian Church plans inter-cultural revival Oct. 18-20 Community Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will have a revival Thursday, Oct. 18 through Saturday, Oct. 20 featuring different guest speakers and performers from varying cultural groups each night. Opening the revival Thursday evening will be the Rev. William T. Chaney Jr., pastor of The Rock, a new African-American congregation in Stone Mountain. The Jazz Disciples will provide music for praise and worship. Pastor Kitty Santos from Iglesia el Aposento Alto in Forest Park will preach a sermon in Spanish with an English interpreter for Friday evening's service. The worship team from Aposento Alto will provide music for praise and worship. Closing the revival Saturday evening will be Dr. Jerry Gladson, pastor of First Christian Church in Marietta, a predominantly Anglo-American congregation.
