In my travels around Fayetteville this past weekend I noticed several flags that were displayed incorrectly and several that aren't worthy of being displayed since they are faded or tattered.

At a time when we have been asked by the President to fly the flag in honor of our country, those who were injured and those who died, those who struggle in the cleanup and those who are carrying out the investigation, I decided to see if I could find the Flag Code and ask you to print it in the next edition of the paper. We are pretty lax when it comes to displaying our flag, but we should at least get it right at a time like this. Would somebody print it this week?
