Gospel Singing every Friday at His House

His House Community Church will offer gospel singing each Friday night during September beginning at 6 p.m. in the outdoor pavilion of the church. Free hot dog plates also will be offered. His House is in Senoia, one mile south of the intersection of Ga. Hwys. 85 and 16.

Women's organization plans garage sale

Wellspring of Living Water, Inc. will have a garage sale Friday and Satirday, Sept. 14 and 15, from 9 a.m.-noon at 132 Collonnade Dr. in Peachtree City. Wellspring of Living Water ministers to the needs of the women of Atlanta. Proceeds from the garage sale will go to cover costs of an October 19-20 Oasis for ministers' wives and women in ministry.

Moms to Moms Bible study starts at PTC 1st Baptist

"Women Created for Dignity" is the title of the Moms to Moms Bible study beginning Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the First Baptist Church of Peachtree City. Classes will meet at 9:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the church, 208 Willowbend Rd. in Peachtree City. Childcare is free with reservation. Christ Our Hope invites bridge enthusiasts

Women of Faith Bible study starts Sept. 18

The Women of Faith Bible study and fellowship at His House Community Church will begin Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 7 p.m., with an organizational meeting at the home of the Herndons in Heritage Lake subdivision. Ramah Baptist in Palmetto plans revival Sept. 16

Ramah Baptist Church in Palmetto will have Harvest Time 2001 Revival services beginning Sunday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Services will continue Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, through Sept. 19, with services nightly at 7. Grief support meetings held each month at SWCH

National Heights Prime Timers plan luncheon

Prime Timers at National Heights Baptist church will have a covered dish luncheon Thursday, Sept. 20, at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship hall. Parents' Day Out program continues registration

The North Fayette United Methodist Church Parents' Day Out program is accepting applications for its 2001-2002 school year. Christian City needs volunteers

Christian City, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing for the needs of children and the aged and infirm, seeks volunteers in a variety of capacities. Volunteers are needed to serve as chaplains, Bible study leaders and church service volunteers; to help with transportation, beauty shop, corner store/ice cream parlor, library, information desk, arts and crafts (craft class leaders, painting classes and others); to lead story telling, nature walks, gardening activities, music and more.
