Peachtree City dentist moving into new digs

Drs. Vassey, Wilcox, Robinson, Smith and Harrah and Group VI Corporation recently broke ground on the dental practice's new location on Georgian Parkway, near Kedron Shopping Center.

Construction on the 12,000-sq. ft. stucco and stacked stone building will begin immediately and is expected to be completed in spring 2002.

Dr. Robert Vassey originally opened his dental office at 8 Eastbrook Bend in December 1980. Drs. Wilcox, Robinson, Smith and Harrah have joined the practice over the last 21 years.

"The practice provides all phases of general dentistry and our patients range in age from 2 years to 95 years old," said Vassey. "We have enjoyed continued growth over the years and are excited about having a new, modern facility to provide the same high quality of care for our family of patients that we have always provided," he added.

The one-acre site was purchased from Pathway Community Development Corp. Group VI Corp. will be the contractor for the new office, which was designed by Dave Arnold of Arnold and Spiez Architects Inc. in Atlanta. Financing was provided by Peachtree National Bank.
