season kicks off Saturday
The
preseason of high school football ends Friday night and starts with
a bang on Saturday with the Corky Kell Kickoff Classic at the Georgia
Dome.
Registration
for PTC flag football league still open
Some 20 to 30 people
attended the organizational meeting for the adult flag football program
in Peachtree City Tuesday evening. Of those, only two represented women's
teams.

Little League to have board elections
Peachtree City Little
League is having their annual board elections Tuesday, Sept. 11, 7 p.m.
at McIntosh High School. Board elections are to elect the Board of Directors
who govern the operations of Peachtree City Little League. All postitions
are available. The term will begin Oct. 1, 2001 and go through Sept.
30, 2002.
