Inman Methodist Church will offer evangelism revival weekend Aug. 3

Inman United Methodist Church will host a series of evangelistic meetings Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 3, 4, and 5, featuring sermons by the Rev. Doug Burrell, Inman's pastor, on how to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

"Each night there will be testimonies from our lay people and lively uplifting music," Burrell said.

Following the Friday service, those attending may stay for homemade ice cream. Before Saturday's service, there will be a pre-service picnic and following the Sunday service, potluck desserts will be served.

"The purpose of the meetings will be to make clear how one can be a follower of Christ, and to show people who come to that decision how to be disciples," Burrell said.

Inman UMC is on Hills Bridge Rd. For more information, call the church office, 770-461-2123.
