The Fayette County Youth Soccer League will have registration on Saturdays, July 21 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the McCurry Park North Soccer Complex. Registration for Peachtree City girls softball will be Saturdays, July 21 and 28 and August 4 at the Braelinn Kroger from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The fee is $75 per player or $150 per family. The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville will offer another speed training series Mondays and Thursdays in July at 10:30 a.m., open to ages 7-16. Call 770-460-8785. Whitewater Country Club will offer junior golf clinics Mondays through Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. The clinics are open to ages 8-15. Fees are $50 for members and $60 for non-members. The Peachtree City Running Club offers the Summer Track Classic Tuesdays through July. Events are open to runners of all ages and abilities and there is no cost to enter. The East Point Invitational 2001 Boys Basketball Championships, Aug. 10-12, open to teams 16 and under, 14 and under and 12 and under. The Fayette County Recreation Department will be accepting the names and telephone numbers of any adults who are interested in playing tennis for fun at the Kiwanis Tennis Courts on Redwine Road.
