Fifth annual Watermelon Festival in Warm Springs

Experience the fun, food and festivities at the Fifth Annual Watermelon Festival in Warm Springs, Ga. On June 16th from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. you can enjoy children's activities, hand-made crafts, watermelon wagon rides and lots of ice cold watermelon.

New this year to the festival is a 24 foot climbing wall. Participants can also get their name written on a grain of rice. Each year Warm Springs hosts crafters who demonstrate their unique skills by taking ordinary materials and turning it into works of art. Children can even try their hand at our watermelon "seed spitting" contest.

Entertainment is continuous throughout the day.
