Julio Hernandez, 43, for theft by taking. James Dean Korfhage, 22, for violation of probation. Lynnann Geneva Ford, 25, for passing a bad check. Sharre Donnett Shelton, 28, for violation of probation. Donald English, 28, for two counts of passing a bad check. Michael Daniel Andrews, 19, for failure to appear in court. Christopher Hall Eagle, 31, for violation of probation. Tiffany Lewis, 19, for simple battery. Antonio Arnez Crespo, 18, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Ronnie Morrell Ragsdale, 22, for violation of probation. Lorianne Lowry, 20, for theft by shoplifting. Ktarmar Denard Davis, 28, for failure to appear in court. Carles Adam Len Mills, 22, for violation of probation. Hugh Hilton Branch, 50, for DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and possession of an open container of alcohol. Anthony L. Davenport, 46, for passing in a no-passing zone, driving a vehicle with an altered license plate, failure to register a vehicle, DUI and violation of driver's license conditions.
