Lightning Soccer is recognized as the number one soccer developmental program in the Southeast.

The program features professional coaching and no tryouts for all players. There will be separate programs for boys and girls and both will have evenly selected teams as well as a developmental team for those new to the sport. All teams will train together and all coaches will work with all players.

In the fall each team will train twice a week and play one to three games on the weekend. Each team will participate in several tournaments during the season and each player will receive written evaluations and parent conferences at the conclusion of the fall season.

During the winter the teams will train and play together in the indoor center. in the spring the teams will be re-ordered and participate in the Georgia Perimeter league. The U-9 teams will continue playing friendly matches with local teams.

Lightning Soccer will hold informational meetings beginning in May and registration will be held in June during player evaluations. Everyone is invited and you may contact Lightning at 770-460-8070 or visit www.AFCLightning.org for further information.
