Christian' Passover meal planned at His House

Members of His House Community Church invite the community to participate in a "Christian" Passover meal (Seder Supper) on Sunday, April 8, highlighting how Easter fell on a Jewish holiday. The meal will be served at 12:30 p.m. following the morning prayer and praise service. The church is on Ga. Hwy. 85 South, one mile south of the Ga. Hwy. 85/16 intersection in Senoia. FFBC schedules churchwide Missions Banquet

Barbara Curnett, executive director and treasurer of WMU and Women's Ministries, will be the guest speaker at the Fayetteville First Baptist Church's Missions Banquet on Tuesday, April 10 at 7 p.m. The topic is "Visions of Hope Beyond Belief." FFUMC will offer Lenten lunches each Wednesday

The UMW of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will offer a series of light Lenten lunches and short devotionals each Thursday during Lent at 12 noon, dismissing by 1 p.m. The theme of the devotionals will be "In Plain View of the Cross." St. Gabriel plans rummage sale April 6

The Catholic Church of Saint Gabriel in Fayetteville will have a rummage sale Friday, April 6, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday, April 7, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The church is on Antioch Rd. off Ga. Hwy. 92 South.

McDonough Rd. Baptist plans Easter egg hunts

Members of McDonough Rd. Baptist Church have scheduled two Easter egg hunts for this weekend. On Friday, March 30, youth in third through sixth grades will have a cookout and flashlight egg hunt from 7-10 p.m. Another egg hunt and pizza lunch for children age one through second grade is scheduled for Sunday, April 1, following the morning service. Fayetteville Christian plans Family Fun Day April 8

Members of the Fayetteville Christian Church will have Family Fun Day following the morning worship service on Sunday, April 8. There will be a churchwide lunch and an Easter egg hunt. New Hope presents 'God With Us' April 13

Easter egg hunt scheduled for April 14 at FFUMC

Children from infancy to third grade will participate in an Easter egg hunt sponsored by the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 14 from 9:30 a.m. until noon at the home of Allen and Julie Harp.
