Glenn Hinson to speak at National Heights Conference National Heights Baptist Church in Fayetteville will host a Spiritual Enrichment Conference Friday, April 6, through Sunday, April 8, featuring guest speaker Dr. Glenn Hinson, visiting professor at McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Hinson also has taught at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. He is a world-renowned scholar who specializes in spirituality and church history. The conference will be in three sessions and will include such topics as "The Church in the 21st Century," "Baptists in the 21st Century: An Endangered Species," and "Having the Mind of Christ." Breakfast will be served prior to the Friday session, breakfast and lunch will be served during the Saturday session, and lunch will be served during the Sunday session.
