Fines await anonymous letter-writer

We found an envelope in the driveway with a copied handwritten letter that rambled from one subject to another, downing the beautiful Peachtree City with nothing but complaints.

This is pure cowardice on the writer's part, who is mentally sick. The writer has spent money on paper, copy and time and this appears to be the second time in several months that littering has occurred.

My advice [to the writer] is to pack your bags, get yourself off to an island somewhere off the coast of a country that will have you. You will be found out, be sure of that, and then with your fine of $300 per driveway and roadways, we can improve the flowers on our median ways.
