I went to Juvenile Court in support of one of our dear church families.
Yes, even Christian family members get in trouble with the law. As their
pastor, I am there for them and in their corner.
'Drama
in Dust Valley' debuts Friday
The
Prince of Peace Players at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, will give
a dinner theater presentation of "Drama in Dust Valley," Friday
and Saturday, March 16 and 17, at 7 p.m. The western comedy is directed
by Karen King.

Presbyterian offers dinner, variety show Friday night
Some 27 years ago,
women of the First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree city hosted their
first lasagna dinner and variety show in what was then the new sanctuary
and fellowship hall. Nearly 200 persons attended, This Friday, March
16, the tradition continues as the annual event gets underway. Doors
will be open for dinner seating at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at
8 p.m.
'Exodus
Out of Egypt' weight loss seminar offered by His House Church
His House Community
Church will offer "Exodus" out of Egypt," a Weigh Down
Workshop seminar at the church in Senoia. A free, no-obligation introduction
to the course will be offered at the church on Tuesday, March 20 at
7 p.m.
Karen
Nelson to speak at March Women's Aglow meeting
Karen Nelson will
be the featured speaker at this month's meeting of Women's Aglow Fellowship
International, Peachtree City Chapter, Monday evening, March 19, and
Tuesday morning, March 20. Both meetings will be held at the Calvary
Temple Assembly of God, 202 Robinson Rd. in Peachtree City, next to
Mowell Funeral Home.

Presbyterian youth receive first communion
Several youth at
the First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City recently completed a
course on the meaning of communion. On Communion Sunday, March 4, Pastor
Don Smith, assisted by Elder Rod Little, presented each with a certificate
of completion.
