Police Blotter The following arrests were reported by the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:
Wesley Lagar Starr, 35, for failure to appear in court. Tymon Joseph Highsmith, 18, for failure to appear in court. Cynthia Kimmons, 19, for theft by shoplifting. Rodney Lewis, 38, for sexual battery. Luvonda Elaine Currie, 41, for DUI, driving with a suspended license, fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, driving with no proof of insurance and failure to maintain lane. Frank Bernard Ferrell, 28, for driving with a suspended license, interfering with a police officer, failure to use a seat belt, driving a vehicle with an improper tag transfer and driving without proof of insurance. Cliton Oliver Gill, 24, for driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device. Jonathan Keith Richey, 30, for failure to appear in court. James Earl Spinner, 19, for violation of probation. Mozi Lateef Bolton, 18, for shoplifting. Harvey Strickland III, 18, for shoplifting. Jeffrey Mark Stephens, 45, for DUI. Tim Sader, 54, for theft by taking. Andre Lamar Baisden, 20, for forgery. Richard Michael Jones, 21, for violation of probation. Darnell King, 18, for violation of probation.
