Student complaint about buses draws fire

Ride the bus yourself, Kerry

I think dear, precious, inconvenienced Kerry FitzPatrick is on to something, though I doubt that she thinks her prescription should apply to her. I think all students should ride the bus (including her) but why am I "surprised" to read that she doesn't? After all, she asks, "Why were bus stops even created?"

Indeed!? Just think of the tax money to be saved by not creating parking lots for whiny (her words again) teenagers who think the world revolves around them.

So Mr. and Mrs. FitzPatrick, please take your daughter up on her suggestion and put her on the bus. There will be less smog, less need for parking (and therefore less classroom trailers), less congestion, and your insurance rates will go down.

And as an added benefit, perhaps Kerry can spend those moments on the bus reflecting on her great fortune to live in style in this community, while repenting of all the obscenities she seems so familiar with.
