Keller Williams opens Market Center

Keller Williams Realty has announced the opening of the Peachtree City-Newnan Market Center, temporarily located at 400 West Park Court, Suite 230. The Market Center will move into a permanent office space (location pending) this spring.

"I know the Peachtree City-Newnan area is ready for this type of real estate service," said team leader Pat Christensen. "Based on the phenomenal growth in this area and the successful agents we're attracting, we'll be the real estate company in demand."

Keller Williams Realty Southeast co-owner and regional director Kay Evans stated, "Several leading agents in the area, including Pat Christensen and Steve Freeman [team leader/operating partner for Peachtree City-Newnan], investigated the market and found the Keller Williams concept. Not only did they see an opportunity to improve business, but they saw a chance to bring new opportunities to real estate agents in that area."

"From a regional point of view, the Peachtree City-Newnan Market Center is key to building a dynamic Georgia team for Keller Williams Realty," said regional co-owner Bob Kilinski. "Pat and Steve are putting together a dynamite team of top producing agents."

The Peachtree City-Newnan Market Center has already recruited 20 of the area's top-selling real estate professionals. Freeman will serve as operating partner to provide business leadership while Christensen is team leader for the Market Center.

Freeman has been a managing broker for a successful real estate company in the area and has been a productive agent since 1994. He is also a knowledgeable builder, building homes from 1990 to 1994. He, wife Tara and daughter Caroline are active in the community.

With five years of experience in the real estate market, Christensen has worked for top firms in the area. She currently resides in Newnan with her husband Chris.

The Peachtree City-Newnan Market Center currently represents new home communities as well as resale homes.
