Fayette Flames and PTC Track to merge The Fayette Flames are in the process of merging with the Peachtree City Youth Track team to kick off their 2001 season. Coaches from both teams are in the process of streamlining the teams' operations into what is planned to be a strong Fayette County-wide youth track program. Registration for spring youth track is scheduled to begin the week of Jan. 15 at the Kedron Fieldhouse and the Peachtree City Recreation Department. The registration fee, which includes a team uniform, is $65. Anyone between 6 and 14 as of Dec. 31, 2001 may participate in the program.
