'State of the Church' address will be featured at Fayetteville Christian Church this Sunday Rev. Daniel Overdorf, senior minister at Fayetteville Christian Church, will deliver his annual "State of the Church" address this Sunday evening, Jan. 21, which will be followed by a soup and sandwich appreciation get-together in the church gym. The event will begin at 6 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Rev. Overdorf says he will discuss the "congregational joys and lessons learned from the previous year, and some goals and plans for the coming year." The soup and sandwich get-together will be hosted by the church staff "in appreciation for the congregation's support of and encouragement to the staff." Fayetteville Christian is located at New Hope and Hickory Roads in Fayetteville. |
