Sports Calendar * The Fayette County Wrestling Club will meet Mondays and Thursdays at the old Fayette County High School gym from 7-8:30 p.m. The club is open to students in first through eighth grade and is coached by Frank Bennett and Ron Nelson. Players are selected by invitation only and college scholarships are possible for players named to the All-American Team. Call 770-460-8785. * The Knights of Columbus Council 11458 of Fayetteville will sponsor "basketball free throw competition for boys and girls 10-14 at Fayetteville Primary Schools gymnasium Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. Call 770-461-0924. * The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville is sponsoring Sports Speed Training on Tuesday evenings in January and February to be held at the indoor centre. There will be eight sessions at a cost of $8 per session or $50 for the entire series. There will be two sessions per day; 5:30-6:30 p.m. for 8-11 year olds and 6:30-7:30 p.m. for 12-14 year olds. The sessions will be limited to 25 players each. The training will be supervised by Wylie J. Lilly, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
