If you're going to the playoffs tonight, follow these directions

If you are an East Coweta football fan, you have it easy this weekend because the Indians are playing at home. If you are a fan of the Northgate Vikings or the Starr's Mill Panthers, you will have to travel.

Northgate is playing the Americus Panthers tonight. To get to Americus, you should travel on I-75 South to the Vienna exit. From there, head on Ga. 27 west to Americus. The trip could take approximately two and a half hours. If you are serious about going, you should call the school and see if there is a booster bus to board or if there will be a caravan of fans traveling behind the team.

Starr's Mill's destination is a little closer. The Panthers will take on the Brookwood Broncos tonight in Snellville. The easiest way to get there is to travel on I-85 North to the Pleasant Hill Road exit. Exit to the south and travel four miles to Ronald Reagan Parkway. Head south towards Snellville and Exit at the Webb Ginn House Rd. exit. Bear to the right at the end of the ramp and drive to a four way stop. The school is on the left at 1255 Dogwood Rd.

Remember to drive safely and dress warmly.
