I have just finished looking at the poll results and I must say that I was sad to see the liquor issue has passed.

I am a mother of three children and I have loved living in the city, but all the changes are getting ridiculous. Pretty soon we will be just like Riverdale and Old National with all the empty buildings. The horrible traffic is already here.

I am just upset that the one thing we as a community could have kept out was voted in by only a slight margin. Soon we'll have the liquor stores like every other city and they will be on every corner, just like the gas stations. Really, how many do you need? When is enough enough? I hate to see our city and county making such horrible changes that will cause people to move.
