Siblings performing well at North Georgia College

Jeremiah and Joanna Register of Tyrone, alumni of Landmark Christian School, are currently attending North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega on full ROTC scholarships.

Both brother and sister are in their junior year. Joanna is maintaining a 3.8 average in her major field, biology and pre-med, and Jeremiah has a 3.0 average in his major, business.

Joanna recently participated in the Army Air Assault School in Hawaii, after ranking number one cadet in her class at North Georgia ROTC. She placed second in the special assault course out of 120 participants and holds the rank of command sergeant major, the highest rank a junior can earn.

Jeremiah attended the Mountain Warfare School in Vermont after being named number two cadet in North Georgia’s ROTC program. He finished third in his summer mountain warfare course, among 60 participants. He holds the position of first sergeant of Echo Company, first sergeant of the Mountain Order of Columbo and instructor for the Mountain Order of Columbo.
