Holocaust survivor
to speak at Breman Center
The William Breman Jewish
Heritage Museum features an evening representing the other victims of
the Holocaust.
Survivor and author Simone Arnold Liebster from Switzerland will be the
guest speaker.
This will be an historic first, with the author of this documented piece
of history sharing a side of the Holocaust rarely known to the world.
The event will be Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m., teachers and school administrators
will be invited to gather for a special presentation by this extraordinary
woman sharing her compelling story. Thursday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m., the
general public is invited to a second presentation of Stand Firm:
An Untold Story of the Holocaust.
The William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum is at 1440 Spring Street NW,
Atlanta.
The events are free for museum members. For non-members the fee is $5
for adults and $3 for seniors and students. A book signing will follow
both events.
