Maryann C. Arrichiello is a new sales associate with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Mrs. Arrichiello, who received her real estate training through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, is a member of the Metro South, Georgia and National Association of Realtors.

Also a registered nurse, she earned a bachelor of science in health services from the University of St. Francis.

A Peachtree City resident for 16 years, she is married to Dennis Arrichiello. They have two children, Michelle, 22, and Anthony, 19.

Mrs. Arrichiello is a member of Holy Trinity Church and is a member of the Fayette County Humane Society.

Kim Minor Vincent is a new agent with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Mrs. Vincent, who is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors, is a graduate of Georgia State University and a member of Mu Rho Sigma.

A Fayetteville resident, she has been married to Larry W. Vincent for 20 years. They have two children, Lindsey Claire, 14, and Pierce Austin, 6.

Mrs. Vincent is a member of Friendship Baptist Church, where she has been a Bible study teacher and work with youth and children's ministry groups for 10 years. She was recently honored by the church's Girl Scouts for her dedication and service.
