Cathy Gailey has joined Sue Barnwell on the marketing team for Ray Wright Homes in StoneBriar West, which is Phase II of the StoneBriar community in Fayetteville.

A Fayetteville resident, Mrs. Gailey has been in real estate for seven years, working for Re/Max Results for most of that time. An Active Life Member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club, she holds the CRS and GRI designations and is now a member of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia's Sales & Marketing Council.

Ray Wright Homes, one of three builders in the community, is building homes in StoneBriar West priced from the high $160,000s up.

The StoneBriar development is on Lester Road, which runs off Huiet Road near Fayette Community Hospital on Hwy. 54 West. When completely built out, the development will consist of approximately 277 single family homes.

An impressive amenities area serving the entire StoneBriar development is located on Lester Road and is for the use of the community's residents only. It consists of a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 2,400-sq. ft. gazebo/cabana with restrooms, an equipped playground, a two-acre multipurpose athletic field, a basketball court, a picnic area, a jogging track, sidewalks, and a paved parking area.
