Local realtors win big bucks at Avery Park

Local Realtors are winning big bucks by visiting Avery Park, Newnan's newest master-planned community.

Teresita Gavora of The Home Source Realtors took home $1,000, Greg Prince of Century 21 Hand Real Estate pocketed $200 and Chip Barron of Lindsey's Real Estate won $500 for the month of June. The three-month Realtor promotion will ultimately give away $5,000.

Joy Barnes, Avery Park Information Center manager, is thrilled by the Realtor involvement at the community during the first month's promotion and urges area Realtors to visit Avery Park and register for July's drawing.

Avery Park is a 500-home, Village Square community reminiscent of Newnan's neighborhoods from the early 1900s. With more than 40 percent greenbelts and open areas, the community will feature a unique commercial entry reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Newnan, walking trails and paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks.

In addition, Avery Park will have a combination of ultra-fast Internet connection potential, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet. Homes are priced from the mid $100s to $300s.

The Avery Park Information Center, located on Ga. Highway 29, just off its intersection with the Newnan Bypass, is open daily 11-6 and Sundays 1-6. For more information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.
