Waterford Pointe
homes now available The
marketing effort has begun in Waterford Pointe,
an upscale new lake community in Henry County.
Located on
Worthington Way, off Noah's Ark Road, Waterford
Pointe will have 53 custom homes priced from the
$300,000s to $1 million situated on homesites
ranging in size from three-quarters of an acre to
three acres. Twenty-nine of the homes will have
water frontage or water views of the large Edgar
Blalock reservoir or the 15-acre Waterford Lake.
Phase I of the
community, which already has two pre-sales,
consists of 30 homesites. There will be both
ranch and two-story designs, and most of the
homes will have basements and all brick
exteriors. Construction is scheduled to begin on
the first 10 spec homes.
Amenities for
residents will include two tennis courts, a
swimming pool and a pavilion.
The
builder/developer in the community is Clyde
Stephens of Greenleaf Development, who is also an
