Avery Park, the master-planned community being developed by Pathway Communities to reflect Newnan's rich history, is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Brady and Debbie Hamilton to its community marketing team.

As community marketing specialist, the duo will be responsible for informative tours of the information center and explaining the development concept that Avery Park has created through its architecture and neighborhood amenities. They will also provide technology demonstrations that showcase Avery Park's ultra-fast Internet access, structured wiring, and its interactive community Intranet designed specifically for Avery Park residents. In addition, Brady and Hamilton will be responsible for supporting Avery Park's area-wide Realtor relations program.

Avery Park's impressive amenity package will include walking trails and paths, a competition size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks. Avery Park's commercial Village Square entrance will feature a variety of shops, offices and neighborhood services for residents and the surrounding area. Avery Park will also have a combination of ultra-fast Internet connection potential, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet. Homes are priced from the mid $100s to $300s.
