First model home opens at Avery Park

Avery Park, Pathway Communities' newest master-planned community in Coweta County, recently opened its first designer model home.

Built by Morrison Homes, the model is the first of four model homes that will be opening in Avery Park over the next three months.

According to Wray Russell, chief operating officer of Pathway Communities, Avery Park's model homes will be representative of the different home styles and price ranges available in the community.

“In order to fully tell the Avery Park story, we believe it is necessary to give home buyers tangible evidence of the range of choices, not just a copy of an elevation and floor plan,” says Russell. “From turn-of-the-century to traditional to custom model homes, we've made a conscious decision to make home shopping at Avery Park a pleasurable experience.”

In addition to a wide variety of model homes, Avery Park will offer an impressive amenity package including walking trails and paths, a competition size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks. Avery Park's commercial Village Square entrance will feature a variety of shops, offices and neighborhood services for residents and the surrounding area.

Avery Park will also have a combination of ultra-fast Internet connection potential, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet. Homes are priced from the mid $100s to $300s.

The Avery Park Information Center, located on Highway 29, just off the intersection of Highway 29 and the Newnan Bypass, is open daily 11-6 and Sundays 1-6. For more information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.
