Radio station gets accolades

WVFJ J93.3 has just been honored for its Webpage.

The editors at Radio Ink named the station as having the fifth best site in the promotionally oriented category. The site was said to be “ a perfect example of a radio station using the Internet to become even more than simply sound from a box.”

Mark Bingaman, associate editor at Radio Ink, was heavy with his praises for the site.

“It's a full-featured site that's helping them to fully realize their potential as a multimedia presence and expand into the new broadcast medium, the Web. J933.com is undeniably helping Atlanta advertisers and listeners to `Live the Life' online and on-the-air,” he said.

J93.3 General Manager Rick Davison was pleased with the honor.

“It is a great honor to be recognized by your peers. We deeply appreciate their encouraging comments and the contribution Radio Ink is making to our industry. This recognition is just another example of our entire staff's commitment to service and leadership,” he said.
