Campus Crusade for Christ, New Life Resources move to Crosstown in PTC

When the construction of the new Crosstown 74 Business Park is complete, the dust will barely have time to settle before New Life Resources, a division of Campus Crusade for Christ, will begin the process of moving into its new home.

Founded in 1951, Campus Crusade was started on the UCLA campus. Since then, it has become the largest nondenominational, Christian missions organization of its kind in the world. Now, more than 40 ministries have been founded to operate under the Campus Crusade banner. One such ministry is New Life Resources, currently located in a 10,000 sq. ft. facility on TDK Boulevard in Peachtree City.

New Life Resources is a warehousing and distribution center for published Campus Crusade material, including the “Jesus” video which was distributed to all homes in Fayette and Coweta counties last year. Director Pat Pearce says, “New Life's goal is to help fulfill the `Great Commission,' which is when Jesus, as written in Matthew 28, instructed the Disciples to spread the Gospel to the entire world. In keeping with this goal, New Life works with churches, other groups, and even individuals with a heart for ministry, and supplies them with appropriate materials.”

Pearce says his organization is eager to move to a larger, more spacious facility. New Life will more than double its square feet when it moves to Crosstown 74, a new business park in Peachtree City located on South Hwy. 74, just north of the Crosstown Road intersection. There, the ministry will enjoy 22,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and offices.

Pearce says that New Life also plans to feature a bookstore-style showroom so that people can browse through materials and order them on-site.

New Life should begin occupying its new Crosstown 74 offices in as few as four months. “We're hoping for early October,” Pearce said. In the meantime, people interested in what New Life has to offer can call 770-631-9940 for more information. A toll-free number also is available: 800-827-2788.
